Behind the Scenes Photoshoot of Valentine’s Cocktail
It helps having a resident photographer in the house (youngest son, studying A Level Photography). He’s helping me, I’m helping him. Teamwork.
Props
Backdrop – wallpaper cut off from B&Q
Tabletop – our old attic door and a guilt picture frame (£1.50 charity shop find)
Fore – all charity shop finds for under £3.00 except the cocktail shaker which I bought for my husband in a vintage shop in Bexhill, sadly now closed.
Camera Set Up
Aperture – F5
ISO – 400
Camera – Cannon 100D with a 18-55mm lens
Light
Natural light with light from window to the left.
The sunlight was perfect then too bright but just as we were ready to get something to defuse the light, clouds came over and provided us with the most moody and faded light which was perfect; just what we wanted. Click HERE for final shot.
